Most of the houses are either recreated by hand in the traditional architectural styles of Thanh Hóa—often as nhà sàn (traditional stilt houses)—or are authentic historic buildings relocated from the province itself.

Movement across the estate is primarily on horseback or by horse-drawn carriage, with guided rides around the lake available for guests.
